Beside

The Beside program is a pastoral service that works across all CDYS projects, programs, schools and parishes in the region. 

BESIDE offers reflection Days (retreats) to schools for Transition Year students, Senior Cycle students, youth projects and groups. The aim of the reflection days is to allow young people some time and space to reflect upon meaning in their lives.

BESIDE encourages young people to explore their faith and participate in the life of the parish and their communities:
Offering support and training to parish Youth Groups and organisation
Pastotrial Training Programmes for Youth Leaders

This Rise programme is aimed to facilitate young people to own their faith through a series of search and love encounter experiences with Christ and with others.
