CDYS Whitegate Youth Club
The CDYS Whitegate Youth Club was set up in the summer of 2011 as result of huge interest in forming a youth club amongst the young people of the Aghada / Whitegate area.
The short-term plan is to go on bus trips to other youth clubs whilst increasing awareness and membership. They then hope to identify and secure a suitable long term premises in the locality.
The club are conducting a feasibility study to determine what needs to be done to make this work. With the help and support of the local community, this club has the potential to stay in existence for a very long time.”
